Many of you know me as Nicole from Happy Tails Loving Care, walking your dogs and caring for your pets every day around Bayonne. 🐾
What some of you may not know is that I’m also the founder of @furvanacatrescue, a local nonprofit focused on rescuing cats and reducing the feral cat population in our city.
Right now we have an opportunity to secure a dedicated recovery space for injured and post-surgery cats — something our rescue desperately needs. The landlord is willing to move forward, but we need to show that we can financially support the space.
Our goal is to raise $3,300 by Monday to cover the first month’s rent and security deposit.

Benny is one of our distinguished senior clients, and it made me so happy to see him looking bright and handsome during our visit.
He recently had a couple of health hiccups, but he’s doing well and soaking up all the love and attention.

Seven years. 🐾
On February 20, 2019, I started Happy Tails Loving Care with a leash, a dream, and a whole lot of heart.
On February 20, 2026, we celebrate 7 years in business.
Seven years of early mornings.
Seven years of late-night check-ins.
Seven years of snowstorms, heat waves, holidays, emergencies, new puppies, senior goodbyes, and everything in between.
From a handful of clients to the incredible community we have today… I am beyond grateful.
To every single client who has trusted me (and my team) with your cats, dogs, and all your beloved pets—thank you. Thank you for the keys. Thank you for the codes. Thank you for the texts. Thank you for the referrals. Thank you for believing in us.
Your pets are not “just pets” to us. They are part of our story.
Happy Tails has grown so much over these seven years, but one thing has never changed:
We show up. We care. We treat your pets like our own.
